One to One Yoga Classes can be held online with Zoom or at your home. Due to Covid-19 health and safety guidelines classes at your home are held in the garden keeping to social distancing rules.
Classes are designed to meet your needs with the convenience of being at home and held at a time that is good for you. Benefit from practicing in a way that directly meets your needs.
You may have knee or shoulder problems or a bad back that your not sure will stand up to a regular group class. You may already attend group classes and want more individual guidance to progress in your practice, or to help with certain health issues.
A private session is the perfect way to practice slowly and gently building up your strength, flexibility and confidence.
