Individual yoga sessions at your home or place of work. These classes are designed to meet your needs with the convenience of being at home, and held at a time that is good for you. Learn at your own pace without the pressure of a group environment and the time restraints of getting to and from the class. One session will get you on the right track before attending a group class or workshop.
You may have knee or shoulder problems or a bad back that your not sure will stand up to a regular group class. A private session is the perfect way to start slowly and gently building up your strength, flexibility and confidence.
