Class reservation

There is no reservation to drop-in to a class. Pay on arrival.

Class Bundles automatically reserves you a place on the class for the validity of the class bundle.  You will be notified if there are any changes to the class, like cancellation or change of teacher.

Class Bundles
Valid for the specific dates as stated in the class bundles
Class Bundles are every month or 2 months. There is usually a reduced timetable during school holidays.
Prices are based on £10 per class or £8 per class (1 hour) once a week.

Class Bundles are not refundable or transferable to other seasons/people.

Terms and Conditions

Payment Terms
You may not attend any class without first paying for the relevant class either with a class bundle or with cash  on arrival. and booking into the class.


Subject to any statutory right of cancellation, payments for classes, class bundles, gift vouchers are non-refundable and non-transferable unless otherwise stated in the Terms and Conditions.

Fitness and Health
Students are advised not to undertake strenuous physical activities without first seeking medical advice if they have concerns over their physical condition.

The class teacher reserves the right to refuse access to any student if, in its absolute discretion, it considers that the health of the individual concerned may be endangered by attendance at the class.

Students with low/high blood pressure and/or cardiac irregularities should not attend class until they have written permission from their doctor. It is also not appropriate for women within their first trimester of pregnancy to attend standard classes. If there is any doubt, the student should consult his doctor. Students must notify the class teacher of any circumstances affecting their health, which may be exacerbated through continued attendance at classes.

Students are required to inform a member of staff, if they incur injuries or conditions, after the initial information stated on their medical form.


Shoes are taken off at the entrance of the studio. Please do not walk across the room in your shoes. This is seen as disrespectful to creating a sacred space.

In the interests of safety and hygiene, no crockery or glass are permitted in studio where the yoga classes is held. Only water is permitted in the Studios (no coloured drinks). Please do not walk around the Studio barefoot if you have verrucas or similar foot complaints. Please wear socks.


In the event of a fire, please follow the teachers instructions.

At Friends Meeting House exit out the front door and head to the meeting point on the pavement to the right of the building . Wait till the teacher has marked you on the register  as safe before you leave.

At Cranleigh Arts go out the wooden fire doors just next to where you keep your shoes.go to the carpark at the back to be dismissed.

All other venues please make your way to the nearest available exit.

Personal belongings  including  bicycles are brought to the venue at your own risk.

Members are requested to wear a form of dress appropriate to the practice of Yoga.

We recommend that students wear stretch pants or shorts with an inner lining and a T-shirt or sports top. Check that your leggins are not see-through. Students should attend classes barefoot. Footwear is removed at the entrance and not worn in the studio.

Sarra Yoga cannot be held responsible for any particular class, teacher and/or item of equipment not being available for whatever reason. We reserve the right to make alterations to the classes, teachers and/or equipment, and to the venue made available to you, without notice and in its absolute discretion. Sarra yoga will not be liable for any loss occasioned by such alterations, except insofar as such loss is by law incapable of exclusion.It is the students responsibility to ensure that they are capable of undergoing a routine of exercises provided by any programme which they follow, or class which they attend. You accept the risk of injury from performing exercises and are advised to consult their doctor prior to beginning any class. Sarra Yoga accept no liability for loss or damage to property of students or for injury to students during a class, at the class venue or outside the venue except insofar as such loss, damage or injury is by law incapable of exclusion.
