Walliswood Village Hall is situated opposite the ‘Scarlett Arms’ and is set back off the road at the junction of Horsham Road and Froggetts Lane. It has car parking for approximately 10 cars inside the Froggetts Lane entrance and more parking is available in the village car park opposite the Scarlett Arms on the Horsham Road entrance. There is a large playing field which surrounds the building.
Classes are held in the field in front of the hall in the shade of the tree. If it is raining the class will be cancelled and you will be refunded in full.
By attending the classes you agree to social distancing measures of at least 2 metres between people and between the yoga mats. In due course there will be access to the bathrooms. In accordance with government guidelines classes will be held inside the hall in the coming months.
Classes will typically cover a wide range of postures. Modifications are given so that all can progress safely according to their capacity. The steady teaching style encourages personal inquiry to inspire self-practice.
Pranayama, breathing practices will also be taught. Be nourished by a well deserved relaxation too!

What to bring
- For outdoor classes please a blanket or ground sheet to put under your mat so that it stops moisture coming through, reduces impact of bumps and twigs plus keeps your mat clean.
- Wear shorts or leggings and a top. (Men please wear bicycle shorts under shorts or wear yoga shorts that allow for many leg positions)
- Everyone please bring a yoga mat , a blanket (and other kit if you have)

- Once you have been attending classes for a while please bring a yoga mat,4 foam blocks, yoga belt and a blanket. The yoga equipment that is provided is meant to substantiate what you are bringing and for new people.
Purchasing classes are non-refundable however you can transfer your membership to someone else.
Attendance is according to government guidelines regarding Covid-19- namely notifying me and not attending class if you have any symptoms of Covid-19 or have been with anyone how has.
In the unlikely event of a class being cancelled by Sarra Yoga you will be refunded in full for that class
Sarra has to right to ask you to act in ways that enable the safety of everyone present at the class. You have the right to leave the class at any time.
