Forest Row Yoga Classes



Classes in Jan & Feb

Tuesdays 7pm -8.30pm Open Class with Terri Yeshe
Classes run from 15th Jan to 5th Feb 2019
Purchase the 4 Class Bundle for £40 (£32 early bird before 20th Dec)

Classes in Feb & March

Tuesdays 7pm -8.30pm Open Class with Sarra
Class runs from Tues 26th Feb to Tues 2nd April
Purchase the 6 class bundle for £60 (£48 early bird 2 weeks before)

Or Drop-in £12 per class

New Wednesdays 6pm -7pm Beginners Class with Sarra
Class runs from Wed 6th March to Wed 3rd April
Purchase the 5 class bundle for £45 (£40 early bird 2 weeks before)

Or Drop-in £10 per class


Class Bundles are flexible
Attend your regular class and make up missed classes at a class on another day anytime before Fri 5th April.


About Classes

The classes open with mantras to purify the mind, body and space. This leads directly into our posture work exploring the body, creating space, stability and strength. The class will close with a well deserved 10 minute relaxation.

All are welcome from complete beginners to those with some experience. Progress safely in your practice of yoga asana to bring balance and health to body, mind and heart.

An Open Class is a mixed ability class where Beginners and Intermediate postures are taught.
A Beginners Class is for people who are completely new to yoga or who have less than 2 years experience.

The Garden Room for Tuesdays class is warm in the winter months and has lots of natural light in the summer months. The Rose Room for Wednesdays class is also a cosy studio with  wooden floor and natural light. Easy Access from the car park (1 minute). Free parking.

  • Please bring a yoga mat & a blanket

About Class Bundles

  • Class Bundles are every month or 2 months. Next one is Feb & March
  • Attend up to the specified number of classes within the time period.

T’s and C’s

  • Class Bundles are non-refundable within a week of the start date. They are not transferable to another date or another person. Class Bundles are for one person only.

Additional information

Getting Ready for Class

1. Complete a Medical Form
2. Wear comfortable clothing that is not too loose. Leggings or shorts and a t-shirt are ideal in barefeet (no socks)
3. Yoga should be practiced on an empty stomach. Allow 4 hr after a large meal and 2hrs after a light one
4. Please don\\'t bring drinks to class. You can hydrate before or after class, no drinking during class
