There is a class and workshops for everyone. I love seeing people transform through yoga. A way to make positive change!

The practice is generally active, you will warm and awaken the body whilst calming and refreshing the mind. You will be guided how to practice safely for your bodymindheart. This relationship of exploring and learning is central to traditional yoga classes.

Classes focus on alignment, quality of breath, and self-awareness. Expect steady-paced sequences that explore our moving anatomy and subtle, energetic body without compromising on safety. Yoga is a great way to step into the fullness of life and feel good in ourselves. Celebrating the aliveness of the body whilst cultivating a clarity of mind.

What do you do in a class or workshop? Classes include Asana (yoga postures), Pranayama (breathing techniques) and Relaxation.Through a carefully designed sequence of postures you will awaken the connection between the mind, body and heart. This integration of different aspects of ourselves cultivates a sense of peace and wellbeing.

How does it work? We follow a programme of postures which extend and align the body, with more difficult postures gradually being introduced. You will progress in your practice of postures safely at your own pace, to suit your needs, often with the use of yoga equipment to achieve this aim.
