Class Levels


This is a mixed ability class with those who are new to yoga as well as those who have been practicing yoga for a number of years. Essential postures are taught developing strength and flexibility. Each person is encouraged to listen to their own body and practice the postures with appropriate modifications where necessary. This way you can practice safely and progressive in your practice.

General (at least 6 months experience )

This class is not suitable for complete beginners. The practitioner will be familiar with the key postures so additional ones can be introduced.
This practice is more intensive than beginners level with a wider variety of asana.  Pranayama , yogic breath and energy work, will also be taught.

Intermediate (4 years experience or more)

For those who have an established personal practice and are able to do shoulder stand for five minutes and are working well in headstand.
