Book a Class

During Spring and Summer 2020 in response to the Covid-19 crisis all yoga classes are now being offered online. The same schedule is available so you can do yoga with your normal group from the safety of your own home. Newcomers are welcome.

Yoga Classes are offered Online with Live Streaming using Zoom on your phone, device or laptop. No need to create an account with Zoom.

Please let me know which class you want to attend and I will email you the link to access the class.

Some recent feedback of the online classes
“It lifted me and gave me warmth and energy.  Loved every moment!” A.K.

“That was a lovely class, really calm. It was almost like we were alone with you being taught one to one but then really nice to think that we were really a group all sharing the yoga together ” J.W
