During Spring and Summer 2020 in response to the Covid-19 crisis all yoga classes are now being offered online. The same schedule is available so you can do yoga with your normal group from the safety of your own home. Newcomers are welcome.
Yoga Classes are offered Online with Live Streaming using Zoom on your phone, device or laptop. No need to create an account with Zoom.
Please let me know which class you want to attend and I will email you the link to access the class.

Purchase a 3 Class Bundle (valid for 4 weeks)
follows two monthly cycles
April and May, June and July etc.
£10 per week gives access to 2 Online Yoga Classes per week.
3 Class Bundle is £21 (valid for 4 weeks from date of purchase)

How to Join?
- Go to the Book Online Yoga Classes below. Choose your weekly class as a Member or drop-in and go through to checkout.
- I will then send you an invitation by email to attend the Online Streaming Class. Use the same link each week to access that class.
- Email me to reserve a place on any extra classes and can send you the link for that too.
- Simply click on the link and launch Zoom. If you are using a mobile phone or ipad then you will need to download the free Zoom app from your playstore/ apple store.
